Code Update

With the adoption of the 2026 Land Use Plan, the next phase of the Land Use Plan and Code Update project will begin. The Land Use Plan establishes a clear vision and strategy for Beavercreek’s future growth, and the upcoming code update will focus on ensuring the City’s zoning regulations align with the community’s goals and the plan’s recommendations.
