Open House #2 - Save The Date!
The City of Beavercreek will host a second open house for its Plan Beavercreek initiative on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Beavercreek Senior Center, located at 3868 Dayton-Xenia Road.
Residents are invited to review and share feedback on a draft of the city's future land use map - a key component in shaping Beavercreek’s long-term vision for development, sustainability, and community character. City staff, along with project consultants ZoneCo and OHM Advisors, will be in attendance to answer questions and gather input from the community.

The City of Beavercreek and the project team are thrilled to share that the first Plan Beavercreek Open House, held on Thursday, June 5, was a tremendous success—over 100 community members were in attendance!
The first open house event allowed residents, business owners, and stakeholders to learn about the Land Use Plan and Code Update project and share their ideas and priorities for the future of Beavercreek.
